Take 5 Oil Change

These guys were absolutely great - great process straightforward. Your employees were amazing. I'm so sorry I forgot their names or I would've referenced them. I'm totally using you guys for my fluid changes versus the dealerships. Everything fluids

The guys at Take Five on Granada across from Ace hardware were excellent. They thoroughly explained the different oil change services so you can decide which is best for your vehicle. They tested my antifreeze and said it was fine then topped it off along with my windshield washer fluid. They checked my air filter and showed it to me and said it looked fine and didn’t need replacing. No pushy sales attempts like some places I’ve gone to. They do recommend certain services according to manufacturer recommendations then leave it up to you to decide. They even gave us bottled water and have a fan that blows on you to keep you cool while your vehicle is shut off. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely use them in the future.

The service itself was done fine however with as many cars that were there, I should not have been there for an hour. When I pulled in there were three people standing around with one car in the Bay plus Me. While waiting to be serviced there is no sense of urgency to get to my car. If three people were working on one car, they should've gotten to me before 30 minutes once they got to me again people were standing around.. Everyone was pleasant but just worked very slow.

Very fast and very thorough! I get free oil changes at my dealer but I have to make an appt and drive 20 min each way and sit there on a work day. Loved that I could go on a Sunday morning! Thank you!

Did not fill my fluid. Wiper fluid was bone dry and power steering needed to be topped off. The invoice said they did it but they did not. I would recommend double checking before you leave because it’s always a long wait to go back for fluid fills. I went one day and sat in the bay for over 45 mins just for a top off and ended up leaving without because they took so long. I’ll go elsewhere from here on out. Lost a customer here. 😞 this location always seems fully staffed but the majority of the techs aren’t doing any services. They just walk in and out of the office area not servicing the vehicles that are waiting. Seems to be their social hour not their job🤷🏼‍♀️
